The staff were lovely, and our room was good. When we first had trouble with the air conditioning, they sorted it out quickly.

I'd skip this place and stay at Hacienda Del Mar instead. It's closer to the beach.

Breakfast is included, though it's pretty basic, and you can order an upgrade to charge to your room. The hotel itself is simple and pleasant, with clean, comfortable rooms. It's very quiet, and the pool area has a relaxing feel.

There's a pool, and the rates are affordable with breakfast included. The rustic rooms are comfortable and secure, and there are also two fully equipped apartments for groups or families. Parking is available, as are air conditioning and cable TV. WiFi works in the lobby. The management provides excellent service. Pets are welcome, and the property is wheelchair accessible.

It's fairly priced and very near the sea, so it's a decent place to stay in Puerto Carrillo, though not the best option.
