Hotel Hoja de Oro Corcovado

The kitchen area was handy for a quick breakfast and coffee, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very nice and clean. Parking is free while you stay, or $10 for the night if you're not staying there. They'll also store luggage for free while you're at Corcovado Nationalpark. 100% recommend.

The location is convenient, though not scenic. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the kitchen area was nice. They stored our bag for three days while we were in Corcovado. Showers are cold, and the website's earplug suggestion makes sense, with vehicles passing by and noise from other guests. Power went out across town for a couple of hours, so a headlamp or flashlight could come in handy. We were there for about 11 hours for a quick overnight, and I'd stay again.

A locally owned hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and good air circulation from the AC. The decor is simple, but the value for money is really good. Staff were friendly and the customer service was good. Highly recommend.

We felt honored to be the first international guests at this brand-new family-owned hotel, which had opened about a week before our stay. We met the two sisters who own it, their husbands, and their kids. One of their daughters was our contact before and during the visit. We couldn't find the place at first since it wasn't on Google Maps yet, so she drove around town to find us and bring us over. The hotel was new and very clean, with hot water and working air conditioning. There was a nice laptop work area in the upstairs common space. We're so glad we met this sweet family and wish them the best with the business.
