The owners, Mike and Paul, were so warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. You can tell they care about their guests. The hotel in Manuel Antonio has a beautiful property and garden, plus a lovely pool that makes it feel really relaxing. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and added a lot to the stay. I had a great time here and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio.

A hidden little paradise close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio NP. Mike was really kind and helped us find tours, restaurants, and activities. We loved the pool and the delicious breakfast too.

The hosts, Mike and Paul, were caring while still giving us space. Coyaba Tropical Guesthouse is comfortable, nicely decorated, and conveniently set between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, with notably clean rooms and facilities. We spent a few days going between the beach, pool, National Park, and other activities, and that pace felt just right. Nearby restaurants were good too, even in low season. It’s a peaceful, handy, genuinely welcoming place.

This is The Tiger, Mike, you know who I am. If you enjoy a cozy, enchanting place, homemade healthy and delicious breakfasts, and smart, funny conversation, you’ll love it here. Mike and Paul are wonderful people who take real pride in what they do, and they’ve made a delightful guest house that probably rivals anything in the area. The place is one of a kind, the hospitality is lovely, and their two charming dogs will steal your heart.
