The room felt dated, and for what we paid, I expected better. We also couldn't shut the balcony doors all the way. Still, the breakfast was amazing, especially the best tortilla I've ever had, and they could pack it to go if we were in a hurry. The breakfast waitress was lovely, and the receptionist stayed in touch and arranged the shuttle smoothly. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

The grounds were gorgeous, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, and everyone on staff was super friendly. I was really pleased with my stay and would absolutely recommend it, 10/10.

I wish we'd booked two nights, since we only stayed one and wanted more time there. The thermal pools were wonderfully relaxing after the stressful drive, and the staff were great. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is quite isolated, though, and the roads were awful, which would be especially rough for someone with a bad back. It rained while we were there, so the grounds were muddy. I can imagine how beautiful they must be in good weather.

Milton was extremely kind and gave us good service. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Our room was clean and nice, though you can hear people moving around upstairs if you're on the ground floor.

The restaurant is the best in town, and they gave us a complimentary airport shuttle at 6 am. The location works really well for an overnight before a flight. The rooms themselves were just okay.
