Cedar Cats Apartments

I originally planned to stay with Mari and Fernando for just a week, but after a few days I decided to make it a month, and probably longer. They have made being in Costa Rica so much easier. They're incredibly helpful and kind, and having them as hosts makes the stay even better. The apartment is modern and very nice, which was a big plus for me. It has everything I need, and the secure building makes me feel safe. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus right outside makes getting to downtown San Jose easy. I love this place.

The studio itself was very nice, but it was beside a noisy main road and a loud kindergarten, where kids were screaming from early morning until late afternoon. When we needed help, the owners didn't answer their phone. The internet went out one evening and was still down the next morning; we tried calling several times with no response. So we chose not to extend our stay and moved elsewhere.

Everything matched the description, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, even with an iron. Check-in and checkout were easy. We're glad we stayed and would definitely come back.

The apartment felt cozy, safe, and nicely updated, so I’d recommend it. I did drive past a few times because the sign is so small. A bigger sign would help.
