The room was spacious and clean, with clean sheets and towels and hot water. We found it a little removed from the main drag, which made the area quieter. It felt pretty safe and was good value for what we paid, so we're really glad we found it. No A/C was needed at this higher altitude, though it can get hot during the day.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the room was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. There was no phone, no closet, only a hanging rack, and no A/C, just a lousy electric fan. There were insects on the floor, the shower had no hot water, and the water didn't drain, so my feet were left soaking while I showered. I'm not sure the floor was properly cleaned either. The microwave didn't work. For breakfast, you place an order and a taxi picks it up for you.

A clean, good-looking hotel in a very safe area where you can walk or run nearby. It's a nice choice for a weekend away as a couple, with several places to eat close by. Breakfast was okay for the price, and Uber Eats can bring food right to your room door.

We stayed here twice during our trip with EPI, (Ecology Project International), and it was the best hotel of the whole trip. The food and service were out of this world. Thanks for hosting 16+ tourists from the USA!

The food was amazing and the service was good overall. It took us a little while to work out the shower water heater, and the TV in our room didn't work because there was nowhere to plug it in from the ceiling. Still, it was a very relaxing place to stay.
