The hosts were incredibly responsive and even helped arrange a taxi when my phone had no service. I spent around 3-4 days here during the Monteverde part of my Costa Rica trip, after booking through Airbnb. The apartment was easy to find on Google Maps, fairly priced, modern, and very clean, with room for up to four people. I liked having the small kitchen for making breakfast, and the upstairs balcony had a beautiful view. It felt like a safe area, close to central Monteverde: the local market was walkable, and the main restaurants were a short taxi ride away. I’d recommend it to locals and travelers alike.

Cars can make it a little noisy, but the place itself is clean and really nice.

So peaceful, with a lovely view and the best sunset I’ve ever seen. A beautiful place to stay and unwind.
