OutBox Inn

Sharon is what makes this hostel special. She goes out of her way to help guests with advice and reservations, and I'll definitely come back and recommend the place. It's a well-kept, beautiful spot with a big hall for hanging out and a terrace with the kitchen. The atmosphere is social, and they organize activities too, including a really good yoga class. The private rooms are small and basic, but perfectly okay.

We stayed three nights at the Outbox Inn in February and thought it was a stylish, fantastic hostel. The location is great, right in the heart of Santa Elena, and we could usually find one of the few open parking spaces, even though there isn't much parking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering extra blankets for the cold nights. There's a 10% discount at The Open Kitchen next door. Soundproofing could be better, and I'd prefer the kitchen indoors. Muchas gracias!

The shared four-bed room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt spotless, from the bathroom to the common spaces, and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. Being right in the center made it easy to get around, and the staff had great tips for the area. I’d happily stay here again 🙌🏼

The bunk beds felt solid, so I wasn’t worried when the person above me climbed in, and the rooms never felt cramped or stuffy. Beds were comfortable, too. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the laundry service was top notch. Great value, with a location that puts pretty much everything close by.
