Arthur is the main contact at this family run residence, and he was welcoming, helpful, and always available. He speaks French, Spanish, and English. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the room was wonderfully maintained with everything you'd want. Breakfast was wonderful, and the pool was refreshing after hikes and tours, or before bed. The drive to Tamarindo takes about 17 minutes. We liked it enough to extend our stay. We didn't rent a car. After comparing prices, Adobe seemed the best option, which disappointed me as an Enterprise Plus member. Instead, we hired a driver to visit the sites we wanted. I'd recommend that if you don't want to rent an outrageously expensive car. Arrange transport to wherever you're staying before you arrive. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, and we loved our stay at K-Tee lodge. 28 Jan 2026 Check-out 01 Feb 2026, 4 nights, 1 room. We did extend our stay. BTW, Arthur speaks French, Spanish and English and is always available. 28 Jan to 31 Jan 2026

Arthur and his family were so kind and hospitable. We were impressed by the wildlife too, with a few iguanas spotted and Howler monkeys heard. The place is tucked away from busy Tamarindo, but close enough to drive wherever we needed. Our spacious rooms were cleaned every day, and they provided towels for both the pool and beach. Breakfast was included. One morning we left early because we wanted smoothie bowls, and they made crepes for us to eat later. They also packed cake for our road trips and gave us great recommendations for outings and restaurants. We had a fantastic six nights and would definitely return.

We spent four nights with Arthur at Tee-K Lodge, two adults and our 9-year-old boy, and the hospitality was truly excellent. Arthur did everything he could to help and make sure we had great service. The room was lovely and spotless, everything was well maintained, and the pool area was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing too. If we get the chance to come back to Tamarindo, we'll book with Arthur again. Pura vida!

A calm, relaxing stay for our family of four. We had two connecting rooms and especially loved the peaceful, lovely pool area. Breakfast was excellent, with some French specialties, and the owner was very nice and welcoming. Tamarindo beach is a 15 minute drive away. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay and would gladly come back. Arthur and his family were very hospitable, the rooms stayed very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The price was good, and Tamarindo isn't too far away. I'd recommend it to anyone.
