The hotel has a lovely ambience, and the room was very nice. The staff were the best part, always smiling and ready to help. They were happy to suggest good restaurants, tours, and places to visit. Ask Ihosvani if you need anything!

I wasn't staying at Hotel Victoria, but I ate breakfast there almost every day during my time in Havana. The food was delicious every time, and the customer service was excellent. The omelet bar was a special perk, not something you often find in Havana. By my second or third visit, the host remembered how I take my coffee, so I didn't even need to ask. That was really nice and refreshing. I hope to stay there as a guest someday. The pool looked nice!

It was a clean hotel in a nice location, with cafes within walking distance, and the breakfast was good. The service was amazing, and I'd stay here again for the wonderful people. Maria (Mary?), Edgar, Frank, Daniel, and Pedro were particularly wonderful.

The buffet breakfast was substantial, and we enjoyed the omelettes. The pool was a bonus, though it was frustrating when we couldn't charge things to our room because the pool bar is supposedly separate. We booked a double bed but got two singles, and the room still wasn't ready at 6pm??? The service was good, but not especially friendly.

The rooms were quiet and clean, and I really liked the lovely music in the mornings. There's a nice pool, too. The area is very good, near 23th street. The staff were awesome and discreet, and Amanda is a charming lady with a great smile.
