The air conditioning is available in the rooms, though we didn't really need it because the temperature was already perfect. The location is very good, everything was clean, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful breakfast, too. Excellent!

I stayed here last year, and all the staff gave excellent service. The only drawback is that there's no elevator. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay right in the center of Santiago de Cuba.

It's right in the heart of Santiago de Cuba, and the staff are very friendly and ready to help with any situation. It's no longer a hotel school. If you want to feel at home, I highly recommend it. It's the best.
