Hotel LIVVO Budha Beach

We went as a couple, and it was a wonderful, relaxing stay. The place has a great mood for resting, and the friendly people made it feel like home. Wesley, Lea, and Vacy deserve a special mention. Their kindness brought the relaxed, positive No Stress Vibe we were after and made our vacation even more restful. Thanks.

The staff were lovely, polite, and extremely helpful throughout our week here. Our room was clean when we arrived and was well cared for during the stay. We used the pool every day, and its unheated water wasn’t a problem for us. We’d definitely come back for another trip.

We had a lovely holiday, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The gardens and pool area were peaceful, with a beautiful view, and there was always a lounger or bed free. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day, and pool towels were available if needed. Breakfast was good, and so were the restaurant meals and snacks. For the price, this was a great hotel. We’d taken our first trip without our teenage children. My only little gripe was the 80s breakup music playing on a loop. Thank you 🙏

The location has some drawbacks: Santa Maria is about a 15-minute walk away, the road to the hotel is sandy, and the area around it feels like a building site. Santa Maria beach takes 20-25 minutes to reach on foot. Staff were generally nice, and both dinner and breakfast were good. The food overall was good quality. The rooms, though, were low quality despite the beautiful exterior. The decor was very old, with filler patches on the walls and ceiling. The air conditioning didn’t work, there were exposed wires and rusty handles, and the shower temperature kept changing. The sheets were old and unironed, weren’t changed regularly, and we sometimes had to ask for towels. The pool wasn’t clean, and hotel guests rarely used it. The manager said the rooms were fully booked and offered to change ours the next day, but that never happened. Another guest had the same experience. Avoid this hotel!
