The owner is a friendly Italian guy. The rooms are clean and cheap, and the place is right in the center of Tarrafal village. A great base for seeing this side of the island on a budget trip!

Everything was clean, and the service was really friendly, as you'd expect in Cabo Verde, where people are friendly and live by the motto “No stress.” The beach and several bars and restaurants are less than a 3-minute walk away, and a surf spot is under 10 minutes on foot. I paid €22 a night for a separate room, which is quite cheap. The bathroom and toilet were neat and clean. My double bed was very comfortable, and there are also rooms with two single beds. I'm giving it five stars since it's a fairly new place.
