Villa Rosedale by Ezoria

A villa that's kept in good condition and has all the equipment you need.

We stayed November 1-8, 2024, as a group of six. The villa had plenty of room: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large fitted kitchen, and a big TV lounge downstairs, plus two more bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There was also a veranda with a small pool and BBQ, and an upstairs terrace overlooking the sea. Air conditioning throughout, along with a washing machine and dishwasher. Parking fit three cars. There are lots of cats nearby, and a shop and restaurant close by. The sea is a little over 200 metres away; the lovely beach by the marina is 1,300 metres away. Check-in and checkout were handled through a key safe. Help was available even on Sundays and public holidays, and we could check out later at no extra cost for a late departure. The season usually lasts until the end of October, so after that many shops and restaurants shut, though the nearby ones stayed open.

It was a very quiet and pretty setting, just right for a family wanting a break from the crowds. We could walk to the supermarket, restaurant, and beach, and Ayia Napa was a five-minute drive away. The villa was excellent value and had everything for a comfortable stay: three bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three verandas, a garden, BBQ area, and a pool with a safety net. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was good quality, and the view was magnificent. It was clean and free of bugs, and the linens were clean too, which matters to me. We had a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend it.

The lovely beach is only a five-minute walk away. The house itself is really beautiful.
