The villa has a lovely atmosphere and sits somewhere quiet, but the center is still easy to reach. It’s a nicely renovated historic building, and the service was average. Breakfast costs quite a bit, though there’s enough to make a snack and take with you. We brought bikes, and the charge for leaving them in the uncovered atrium, where they can get rained on, felt completely absurd. I’d recommend staying here for the setting, but if you’re coming to cycle, look elsewhere.

The breakfast was incredibly plentiful and completely fresh. I travel a lot, and I’d recommend Ostrich Villa even to more demanding travelers. It’s a beautiful, quirky historic villa, kept very clean and well maintained, with a reasonable price. We liked our stay. The rooms have everything you need when traveling.
