The location is great 👍 and the owner was nice. We enjoyed the good breakfast, and the chef cooked well, though soup would've been nice. The tea could've been unsweetened for everyone, and there wasn't any drinking water. The rooms were small and mostly okay, but the bathroom had mold. Heating was extremely hot, with no ventilation, so it got humid and towels wouldn't dry. A coat of paint and a fan in the bathrooms would make a big difference.

I went on a field trip here. The rooms were okay, but the food wasn't good. Someone with gluten intolerance was given a plate of vegetables for their soup, and the dishes were often still dirty.

The ski trip itself was enjoyable, and the food was good, but the inside of the hotel let us down. We were there on a school ski trip, and the room was dirty everywhere: dust on all the surfaces, an unvacuumed carpet, drops inside the wardrobe, broken glass on the floor, damaged bathroom tiles, and odd bits of something in the bedside drawer. The bed was the worst. There was lint and more of those strange bits in it, so the sheets felt unpleasant to sleep on. On the last day we were told to take the sheet off. We'd been sleeping on a pile of dust all week. It had bubbled up and left lint everywhere, both on top of the sheet and underneath it.

The food was a lovely surprise. Everything we tried tasted great, and when I arrived late once, after the kitchen had closed, they still brought me a huge plate of soup :) The owners handle most things themselves. At times they seem to have a lot on their plate, but they still do their best to be helpful and accommodating. Our room was small, but cozy and, most importantly, clean. A more practical wardrobe would've been better than the chest of drawers. We had a pleasant stay.
