A nice clean pool and a grill made this a great place to visit. The rooms could use more light around the bed, where there isn’t much sunlight, but that seems easy to fix. I’d recommend it :)

There aren’t many power outlets, which was a small drawback.

The kindness of the owners made our stay at Penzión pod Lípou especially lovely. They were so helpful, shared tips, and suggested beautiful places nearby. My husband and I are grateful fate brought us there, and the owners’ warm, family-like care could be felt throughout the guesthouse, inside and out. We were there for just four autumn days, with cold weather and rain between our outings, but still had so many pleasant and enriching moments. After hiking around Dolní Brusnice and farther afield, it was wonderful to come back to a cozy, warm apartment. We played table tennis in the yard, which really warmed us up and lifted our spirits. The garden is beautiful, and in summer there’s also an outdoor pool and a grill. If you love nature, don’t miss the nearby climb to Zvičina hill, Prachovské rocks, or the Lesní Království dam. We wholeheartedly recommend this pension. The guesthouse, Dolní Brusnice, and its lovely people will stay in our hearts, and we’ll definitely return soon for peace, harmony, and more adventures.
