Penzion U Snehuláka

Lunch for our group of 20 went smoothly, and the food was delicious. The service was impressively flexible. THANK YOU

Monika, our waitress, was especially lovely 😍, and there was plenty of food. We also appreciated the kids' corner ✌️. The apartment had lots of space for our family of eight, though only four chairs at the table, so playing games together there wasn't really possible. The beds felt old and weren't very comfortable, but they were manageable for two nights. One toilet for the whole apartment was the bigger problem, especially as it was in the bathroom. Parking in the square costs 100 CZK per car per night, and the city fee is 50 CZK per person per night.

The kids loved the children's corner in the cafe, and the staff were friendly. The whole pension was clean, and our apartment was spacious too. Breakfast and dinner were both very good with the half-board package. It was my first stay at Pension U Sněhuláka with my children and sister, and we'd be glad to return.

I can only speak for the cafe, since we didn't stay there. The cozy setting and the nice young man working there were a plus, and the cake was just average, neither good nor bad. But we ordered filtered coffee and got poor-quality coffee that seemed like instant. It was really bad, especially at those prices. I know this is a tourist resort, but I'd never seen a cappuccino for 110 CZK in the Czech Republic. The place has potential, which makes that a shame.
