We had a clean, spacious room, and the hotel’s food and service were good. The pool area was well maintained too, and the play area was nice. The bowling floor wasn’t good, but it was fine for an hour of fun. We stayed one night.

We stayed five days in an up standard room with my daughter, and it was so lovely. The bed was comfy and the views were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, and when it was cloudy we could enjoy the swimming pool. My daughter loves swimming and had a great time there. Breakfast was brilliant every day, with lots of choices. The staff were always smiling and helpful, and I loved how well the team worked together. They’re a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again x

It didn’t feel welcoming to foreigners or anyone under 40. The staff don’t speak English, and everything costs extra, including the pool. If you miss a session, such as the whirlpool, they won’t offer another time. The welcome drink was only Becherovka, with no option to have a beer instead. The hotel seemed understaffed, and it wasn’t worth the money.

This is a modern hotel that offers good value, but there’s no swimming pool. The picture on Google isn’t from this hotel. Noise carries clearly from nearby rooms, including the TV, so bring earplugs.

The interior has been renovated, and the tiny rooms are cozy and super clean. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was really good. It’s in a good spot, close to "Kolonada", Karlovy Vary's centre, and right beside a stream. The spa was okay, with a good range of services, but very overpriced.
