The apartment’s design and view are amazing, but the experience didn’t come close to matching the price. Dirt came out of the hot tub jets, the water smelled bad, and part of the shower handle fell off. The couch was dirty with white stains, and the kitchen stove’s ON button didn’t work. I was disappointed.

Really bad hostel. We booked three rooms but were sent codes for only two. We called three different numbers and nobody answered. That’s not okay.

We were booked for 15, but only got rooms for 10. There was nobody available, and no one answered the reception phone.

Once you're inside the room, it feels like a different place: lots of space, modern decor, lovely furniture, and everything was really clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had both a rain shower and a regular one, plus a nice tub. There was also a huge TV and a kitchen stocked with what we needed. We had a great time. The building looks nice without being too fancy, though the staircase feels unwelcoming and the elevator is tiny.

I had to cancel my non-refundable booking because of the pandemic, and ADC waived the usual policy and cancelled it right away without charging me. I didn't actually stay there, but wanted to share how they handled it. Well done. I hope I can make it to Brno next year, and I'll definitely stay here then.
