The street is quiet, and there’s parking on the property, though a longer car may not fit. Some estate cars might have trouble since there’s basically one space for them, but you should be able to park in front of the house instead. The room was tiny but clean, and for the price it was about what I expected. You can hear people moving around in the hallway, especially if someone decides to make coffee at 4 am, so it may be uncomfortable at night for light sleepers. Fine for one night.

I stayed here a few times during the Tourism Fair, though it’s been a while now. The owners were great and always helpful, and the price was reasonable. I knew I could turn to them whenever I needed a place to stay. Hope that’s still the case all these years later :)

I spent several months here on business, from February to June 2009, and it was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. The rooms had an 1980s look, and to me they were worth about half the price category. I was lucky to get the only room with its own kitchenette, fridge, and bathroom with toilet, though I thought it couldn’t possibly be any smaller. Then I stayed in a basement room and saw the shared bathroom there, squeezed into a space where nobody but the owner would think of putting more than a broom closet. If you have to stay here, avoid the winter months. The radiators are cold for most of the day, so you won’t get warm.

Great accommodation at a good price. The Galas are lovely.
