Internesto Brno

The hot water ran short, so everyone couldn't shower within the same hour. Some hostels have shared showers but are better set up to handle their guests. Breakfast was cramped, with too little food, and people were often made to share tables with strangers. If there's not enough room or capacity, they shouldn't be charging for breakfast. This place seems like an odd blend of hotel, hostel, and Airbnb, without doing any of them well. It doesn't meet the standard of a basic budget inn. The inn's name is very similar to a nearby hotel's, which seems deliberate and causes confusion, while the building has barely any outside signage. If breakfast and parking cost extra, I'd spend that money at a proper hotel instead. I really don't see how this place gets high ratings. It feels fake.

The keyless entry was especially convenient, with passcodes that were easy to remember and no key or card to carry. We stayed in the New York room at Internesto Brno in Brno. It had plenty of space, was clean, and was tastefully furnished. The green velvet couch, warm lighting, and standing fan made it cozy and practical in summer. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were fresh, and there were fresh towels. A desk and chair were handy for working or relaxing, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged.

Right in the centre of Brno, this was the cutest and cleanest hostel. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, pretty, and clean. Even the shared toilets were spotless. We couldn't have been happier with everything. Thanks for the experience!

I planned to stay at Internesto for a rock gig in Brno by the American band Unwound. The band cancelled, so I asked them not to charge me for the November stay and said I'd book again in 2026 when the gig was rescheduled. They refused and charged me anyway. Unfair and disgraceful.
