It's a nicely located place, though a few kilometers from the Brno city. The pension feels very new and renovated, and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast is available in a basket. Good stay, and I'd recommend it and come back.

The place is quiet and clean, and being close to the lake is nice. There's also a patisserie next door, which is a great breakfast option. The staff are friendly and willing to help. I'd be happy to come back.

I keep coming back to Smile guesthouse in Brno and have been happy every time. The convenient part is the tram and bus stop right beside it, plus there's an excellent pastry shop and café downstairs. On one visit they even gave me a voucher for a drink at the café, which made me happy. I've stayed in rooms both with and without bathroom facilities, and both were absolutely fine. They're always clean, fresh-smelling, and well cared for. There's a fully equipped kitchen, plus capsule coffee and tea. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge range, but there's always enough and it's all tasty. Juice is included too, which is a nice extra. I like staying here and can definitely recommend it.
