The apartment was spacious and nice, near a shop, pub, and tram stop. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. We paid 5€ a day for a locked parking space, which seemed reasonable. After we left, he called to check whether everything had been okay.

What we got was nothing like the online pictures. We booked a room listed as 20qm with a seating area, but ours was 10qm or less, with just one chair in a corner. It smelled bad and was very noisy: the windows didn’t shut properly, and the street was loud. We arrived late at night, and the staff member we called couldn’t help then and asked us to call in the morning. A very unpleasant stay. Don’t book this place.

We’ve just come back from three nights in the two-bedroom apartment. It was clean and modern, with a fridge in the kitchen, and having a separate toilet was handy when sharing. The bathroom had both a bath and a separate shower. There was free Wi-Fi, but only one mirror, in the bathroom, which was a drawback. The apartment is on a busy main road, so light sleepers may want earplugs. It’s about a five-minute walk to the tram and bus stops, and around ten minutes by tram into central Brno.

The walls are paper-thin, and sleeping was impossible. The owner said they were really sorry but did nothing. See several earlier comments. Worst experience ever!
