For what I paid, the service was poor. There are no laundry machines in the apartments, and the free internet was unreliable from the start. In the rooms, internet is available only through a LAN connection. There were ants, and the staff were very rude. They rent rooms for money, yet staff let themselves into your room without telling you to "control" how clean you keep it. I've stayed in lots of places in many countries and haven't encountered hosts with such a bad attitude toward paying guests. They rent to foreigners, but not one staff member speaks English. When you ask them something, their replies are very rude. I didn't expect this kind of behavior in the EU.

Avoid this place if you can. It's the worst accommodation and service I've come across in the Czech Republic. Internet is through LAN connections, like it's 1995, and some rooms don't get a working connection at all.

The dormitory management is terrible, and this is the worst student dormitory. Vladmir Hradsky and Jitka Chebenova in particular have no manners in how they treat or deal with students. Vladmir Hradsky has nothing to offer but rudeness and should definitely be removed from dormitory management. I would never recommend students stay here.

The rooms are nice, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. Two rooms have the kitchen and bathroom together. The MotoGP circuit is 15 minutes away by car, while the city center is 2.5 km away, about a 30-minute walk. Public transport is just 50 m away. It's a good place for the MotoGP race. Reception could speak better English, but they're kind and nice, so it really isn't a problem.
