The rooms have a cosy, old-fashioned feel, and the restaurant serves tasty food. I really liked the couple who run it. They make their own beer, too, fresh and light, with a lovely smell and taste. I’d definitely try it.

The host and staff were so helpful, and the hotel was clean, fresh, and clearly well maintained. We chose it for its traditional look for the night before our wedding, and it exceeded what we expected. The location is superb.

The traditional, hearty food and smiling service were lovely. It’s a relaxing beer garden, with a water wheel. I’ll be back soon.
