Monastery Garden Bistro & Rooms

The hosts are so generous, and you can tell they really care. I’d forgotten to mention my down allergy, but both of them found regular pillows and a comforter for us. Our spacious room was nicely decorated and had A/C, which felt great after a day on the river. It had all the comforts we wanted for a vacation, and my husband and I can’t wait to return. We didn’t get to try the sweet café downstairs because it’s closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so that gives us another reason to come back. The location was perfect for visiting the castle, browsing shops, and finding plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.

Breakfast was amazing. The rooms are great, and the shared area is beautiful and cozy.

Eduard looked after us so well. The rooms were clean, spacious, and stylish, and breakfast is well worth having, with delicious Czech classics made fresh. This place was truly a highlight of our trip to the Czech Republic. THANK YOU Pilar & Robin

We’ll be back, we loved it! The location is superb, right by the castle, and it was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The lobby’s big round tables make it feel cozy and family-like, a nice spot for coffee or food. The breakfast menu is yum, too. There’s so much care in the interior details, with a British Country House feel. Each room has its own mystery. 😊 I’d highly recommend staying here in Cesky Krumlov.
