Scammer, avoid at all costs! That arrogant lady Gabriela has a fake list of amenities on Booking. The awful, smelly room had nothing except old furniture. She also sold me an invalid 2-day parking ticket for 500czk and refused to refund me. The parking machine even says that magnetic-strip tickets are no longer in use, only barcode ones. How could she not know the ticket she was selling wasn't valid? She claimed I had ruined the magnetic strip with my phone. Avoid this scammer. Don't pay anything to pension Cortes or anyone affiliated.

THE OWNER ADMITTED TO CHARGING ME THREE TIMES FOR ONE NIGHT, THEN NEVER REFUNDED ME AND DISAPPEARED!!! AVOID!!!! I spent over 6 months trying to resolve this. I contacted Booking.com customer service numerous times and submitted all the documents they asked for. Throughout the whole thing, she ignored my emails and Booking.com's phone calls. What a nightmare!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!
