With our 16-month-old daughter and a freezing morning ahead, we asked to wait inside for a few minutes after our car broke down outside the apartment and we called for a tow. The hosts said no, explaining they needed to clean the rooms. This was around 10 AM, even though Booking.com listed checkout as noon, and it looked like several rooms were still unbooked. They left us waiting in the cold with the baby. I've never encountered hosts this rude. A real shame, and consider this a warning.

I'm leaving this review as a warning. We travel often for work and have stayed in plenty of places, meeting lots of owners along the way, but none have been as rude as these. Their attitude was execrable.

I've returned several times and each stay has suited me well. It's a lovely place in a quiet Prague suburb, and the quality makes the price worthwhile.

The owners are great and helped us with things like getting around on public transport. The apartment is in a quiet spot. A car would be useful for reaching the nearby Metropole shopping mall; from there it's a walk to the metro, which takes you into the city and back.
