The central location worked really well for us, with the famous frantiskovny statue about a three-minute walk away. We paid 90€ for two adults and our 4-year-old. We stayed one night with our 4-year-old son and had a great time. The room was clean and had everything you might need, even a washing machine and laundry detergent. There were also pillows in different densities, an ironing board, and an extra mattress topper if you prefer a softer bed. The church bells across the street might bother some people, but the hotel provides earplugs, which was helpful. A great stay, and we’d happily stay again. ♥️♥️♥️ 10/10

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were nice. Best of all, there’s a balcony with a lovely view. Great place! 🌸

We had a wonderful view from the window, and the hosts communicated really well. The room was clean, elegant, and well equipped, with care given to the details. Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet of fresh, varied food where everyone can find something.

The rooms were cosy and everything was just right, down to the smallest detail. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend.

We came back after three years, and it was just as lovely as before. You could arrive with only a toothbrush because they seem to have everything ready, even earplugs and an umbrella. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, nicely designed, and small but a good size for two. The shower had plenty of room, and the hairdryer actually dried my hair. I appreciated the extra little things, like the digital scale and mobile holder beside the toilet. The location is excellent, right among the attractions and one street from the main fountain. We could hear the next room’s TV quite loudly, but we loved our stay and would definitely return to Františkovy Lázně.
