I've stayed here twice and would definitely choose it again when I'm in the area. It's pet friendly, which mattered a lot to us, and has two EV charging stations in the parking lot, one for Porsche and one for Tesla, plus another station next door, 15 minutes from the hotel. Handy if you're travelling by EV and want to charge overnight. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and professional.

My colleague and I stayed here on a business trip and were struck by how kind and welcoming the owner and staff were. The rooms were wonderful, and the food was so good I wanted to try everything on the menu. It's a real gem, and I'd recommend it whether you're visiting for work or a holiday.

I often stay at Hotel Centrum when I'm in the Czech Republic for consulting work. The people there are nice, and it's a quiet, comfortable place. My room was very spacious, with plenty of room to work and relax, and I slept without being disturbed. I also ate very well at the hotel's restaurant. It's close to the centre, and if you enjoy walking or running, there's a beautiful park along the Bečva river nearby where I went for a run.

We hadn't planned to visit this city and only stopped because of a medical emergency, but the stay was far better than I expected. The staff were cheerful, polite, kind, and supportive, treating us like family and helping however they could. They accommodated an early check-in, made a special meal for my family member's diet at no extra cost, and prepared a drink for our patient that wasn't on the menu. There's no room service, but they kindly brought our meals up when we asked. Everything was peaceful and spotless. I work in hospitality myself, and I have to say the staff were truly exceptional. With a larger building, this could be a magnificent five-star hotel.

We've stopped here on the way to and from Italy, and will definitely come again. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy, and the amenities are decent. What really stood out was the friendly, helpful staff and their excellent service.
