Penzion Dukla

I wouldn't give even one star if I could. The whole guesthouse smells terrible, and it isn't very nice to look at either. It seems like it's falling apart. The beds are a complete disaster, barely worth calling beds, and the bathrooms are in terrible shape. Water comes out as if it isn't running properly. You have to kick the door to get it open, and the window is just as bad. The nice surroundings and friendly owner were the one positive.

We love returning every year. It's a lovely place to unwind, with a clean cottage and a wonderful owner who can give massages.

The cottage is in poor shape, and it's a shame because the surrounding nature is really beautiful and the place isn't making the most of what it could be. It feels as though someone built and furnished it and then never touched it again. The rooms are in terrible condition: the beds are so uncomfortable you can't sleep on them, the doors are awful and really need to be kicked to open, and the toilets are very bad. The showers are fairly good, but water often misses the drain and spreads all over the bathroom. That's why I'd give it 2-3 stars.

It was cold in the guesthouse, and the blankets, pillows, and mattresses were dirty. The food was the only good thing.
