It was a quiet, peaceful area, close to the swimming pool, Kaufland, and the city center. This was a room in a family home rather than a regular guesthouse, simply furnished but clean and problem-free, with a TV and Wifi, which was enough for me to sleep. The owner was cheerful and kind, offered homemade cake, and served breakfast on a lovely summer terrace. I was very satisfied.

We’ve spent several years holidaying in South Bohemia and always stay with Mrs. Součková. She’s helpful and accommodating, and the clean, pleasant accommodation comes at reasonable prices. It’s close to the historic city center and works very well for families with small children. I highly recommend it. We’re very happy here.

It’s more like staying at your grandmother’s for the weekend than at a modern guesthouse. The furnishings are older, but clean and working, and the owner is pleasant and helpful. At a very reasonable price, anyone who isn’t expecting a five-star hotel should be happy here.

We felt right at home and will definitely come back. The landlady can really cook, and we got to try the Easter special along with a beer served at just the right temperature. We also made use of the refreshments and, after getting a haircut at the hairdresser, I was a spa dude within minutes. The accommodation had all the comforts, and we were welcomed very warmly 😀
