The ostiepok was excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. We had a really good stay, with very comfortable beds and amazing staff. The owner was great too. Nothing to complain about.

The kids have nice facilities, and the natural setting is lovely. Staff were nice. Some rooms have been renovated, while others feel like stepping back into the 80s. I’d have given it four stars, but our room had dirt streaks on both the walls and curtains. The staff need to pay closer attention to those details.

The Wi-Fi was the main problem: there’s just one free connection for everyone, so it’s very slow, and the signal doesn’t reach very well. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, the staff are kind and friendly, and the food is tasty.

The restaurant service didn’t seem to care about the guests.
