The coffee machine stopped working, and nobody came to repair it. I was also disappointed with the food: the products didn’t seem fresh, and the taste was a little bitter. Even the apples had no flavor, which I found unsettling.

The breakfast buffet had a good range, from muesli and sausages to eggs and sweet pastries. The room was warm, which mattered a lot in the freezing weather outside, and the bathroom and toilet had been renovated and were clean. But the room itself was old, dusty, and smelled of cigarettes despite smoking being forbidden. Two towels had odd stains, so I was glad we’d brought our own. The walls were thin enough that we could clearly hear the neighbors arguing. We were in the older part of the hotel. After getting our keys, we waited around ten minutes for the elevator. It was the strangest one we’d ever seen, and with a room on the fifth floor, carrying all our luggage up the stairs wasn’t really an option. If you’re not too fussy, I’d recommend the hotel, but bring your own towel.

The restaurant food was included in the price, and they serve such large portions that I often couldn’t finish mine. The restaurant and hotel staff were all pleasant. Rooms were nice, the beds fine, and the shower was big. There’s a restaurant in the hotel too. Pretty alright place, really nothing to compare it with.

The service was okay, and the entrance looked modern and nice next to the room I had. The room felt old and very budget for a three-star hotel, and the thin walls meant you could hear everything. The accommodation itself was okay, but I wouldn’t have booked it myself. Breakfast wasn’t great: one kind of bread, ham, cheese, eggs, sausages, jam, honey, Berliner bol, coffee (don’t drink it!), tea, milk, and cereal.
