We keep coming back here in summer, it’s our favorite place outside Prague. The rooms are nice and the whole place feels cozy, with lots of activities to choose from. Reception was a big help, even outside regular hours, and she really went out of her way for us. ⛱️

The lake, beach, and playgrounds make the surrounding area really nice, though the accommodation costs quite a bit compared with other nearby places. If you’re going swimming in the lake, bring water shoes. The stones are so sharp they can easily cut your skin.

The little houses were good, with their own toilets and showers, and renting one of the boats for a small fee was an option. It was a really cool experience, and I’d love to come again.

There’s plenty to do here, with a lake, boat and pedal boat rentals, and playgrounds for beach volleyball, kickball, ping pong, and more. The family chalets each have a shower and toilet but no kitchen, and there’s a restaurant. Everything felt safe and clean. It’s a good low-cost summer getaway, just don’t count on staff to be especially attentive. You’re better off helping yourself.
