We had a reservation, but when we arrived the hotel door was shut, with the doorman’s number left there. We called and he said he could come in five minutes. We told him we’d go for dinner first and return later. After dinner, I called again to say we’d be back in ten minutes, but from then on he stopped answering. The three of us waited outside on the street for 45 minutes before he finally came to let us in. It was freezing, and I caught a cold and a runny nose. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I hated how irresponsible this was.

I asked about a room, and mr F. said three were available. I confirmed within 20 minutes, but three days later, less than a day before I was due to leave, mr. F said the hotel was full and that I should have replied faster. Maybe the hotel was full, but the service was poor too. This left me stuck just hours before departure. Completely unreliable!

It fell short of even my lowest expectations. Better to avoid.

The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but for this price it was very good. I’d recommend it.
