The hotel’s noisy enough that you can be kept awake by someone talking two floors below, and the service could be better too. A young woman welcomed us nicely, but her older colleague made us feel like our presence was a bother. The location in the city center is convenient. The rooms, though, have old furniture and bed covers that have seen better days. The toilet paper was the cheapest, the towels felt like sandpaper, and there was no soap or shower gel.

The hotel was charming, beautiful, and clean, and the service was okay. I brought my toddler, who slept on the sofa bed, and my six-month-old, who slept in the pack n play I brought. Breakfast included rolls, meats, cheese, a boiled egg, peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes. My main complaint is that a staff member woke me at 23:15 to ask about noise that wasn’t coming from my room. It really annoyed me, and almost woke the kids, who are hard to get to sleep together in one hotel room. The other family we traveled with had dinner at the hotel and said the service was quite slow and not very accommodating.

Breakfast had lots to choose from, and we really enjoyed it. The room was beautiful and clean, and the pizza at the restaurant was delicious. The service was very pleasant, and the owner was kind and checked that we had everything we needed. We were very satisfied and had nothing to complain about. Some people may fill their table with food even if they don't eat it all 🙈, but there was plenty for us. If we'd wanted coffee and tea, I think we could have had both. You can't please everyone, but we found nothing to criticize. Thanks, we'd be happy to come back 🍀🙂
