We came looking for nature and good hiking, and Czech Republic had been on our wish list for ages. Since my husband Gerhard and I are retired, we decided it was time to travel around Europe a bit and enjoy ourselves. Our first research led us to wellness Hotel Sauna in Jeseníky, and the stay turned out to be one big surprise. The serene forests, kind and proactive staff, and amazing food made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. What more could we ask for? We'll definitely return to hotel Sauna for our next holiday.

We had a great time, and I'd highly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of nearby options for trips and hiking, plus a children's playground, a place to roller skate, and an outdoor gym close by. We were four friends staying for a weekend in an apartment through the “ladies weekend” package, which included wine tasting, wellness access, accommodation, and breakfast. The new hotel was cozy and clean, and the apartment was amazing, with two separate rooms and a huge bathroom with a tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The modern wellness area was clean and well organized, with a tub for four and a larger sauna with a cooling tub. Downstairs, the roomy restaurant served tasty, nicely prepared meals every time. The waitresses and receptionist were always smiling and helpful.

We had a lovely three-day stay at this small, beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly, the interior modern, and breakfast was great. We went skiing each day, with the slope only a two-minute walk away.

The surrounding nature is lovely, and the hotel is modern. Still, they tried to charge us for using the wellness area even though it was included. Isn't the hotel called Sauna?
