The hostess was friendly and spoke German, and the room had plenty of space. There was a box spring bed and even a kitchenette with a few pots and pans. Breakfast, served in a separate building in the garden, was quite good. For the quality of the facilities, it’s relatively inexpensive. The only thing I’d mention is that our room on the top floor got rather warm late in the day. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back when I’m in Marianske Lazne again. I’d give it 4.7 out of 5 stars if I could.

The owner was very nice, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and had a TV, a small fridge, and an electric stove. Breakfast was enough for an adult, with different extras each day. There’s a trolleybus stop about 100 m away, and line 3 gets you to the center quickly. The park is also about 100 m away, and from there you can walk toward the center, stopping to enjoy water from the healing springs along the way. It’s a great location if you’re planning to see the area, and I’d gladly return to this guesthouse.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful, and there are some very good, affordable restaurants nearby. The landlady was kind and polite, and gave us useful information. It takes around 20 minutes to walk through the park to the town center. We’ve already booked our next stay.

The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and practical. Breakfast was delicious and generous, lovingly prepared and served in a cozy conservatory. There was secure parking in the guesthouse courtyard. We’d be happy to come back.
