Breakfast was the letdown for me: there isn't much choice, and instead of a buffet you order from a set menu and wait for it. The rooms are decent for the price, though some of the furniture feels like it's from the Soviet era. The hotel itself is in a quiet, appealing spot near the barn street, but the interior has seen better days. In short, a budget stay.
