Room 1 is underground and, to me, completely uninhabitable. The shower has mold, there are ants in the room, and the bathroom doesn't measure water. The sheets hadn't been washed, and I found hair on the bed. The main door uses the same code for all five rooms. I wouldn't recommend anyone rent this room.

The room we booked was Studio 1, a basement room that felt like a cellar. The website didn't mention this at all, and I find that unacceptable for a hospitality business. Its only windows looked straight onto an active construction site. Workers arrived early and made loud, disturbing noises that woke us abruptly. The ironing room is right beside the accommodation too, and someone started ironing very early, with annoying bursts of steam going on through the morning. Studio 1 is surrounded by service areas and shouldn't be rented as a room. The owner should have told us about the construction beforehand, or temporarily closed the room, since its only windows face that noisy site.

The room didn't look like the photos, the walls were thin enough that you could hear everything, and there was construction inside that wasn't mentioned. There was no parking despite what they said, the room was cold, the water was cold, and the only lamp didn't work. Someone came into my room at 7AM, and the staff aren't answering messages. The door code is easy to guess because it's like the front door code with the room number added. Terrible place. They are liars, stay away from those bad people!

We had the larger apartment, with a separate bedroom and air conditioning, and it was a relaxing place to come back to after long days exploring Ostrava. Even with around 30 degrees outside, it stayed very comfortable. We spent four days here, and it was the nicest place of our road trip so far. A great, quiet place, and I'd definitely recommend it.
