You can leave the car on the square, then it's an 8-minute walk uphill to Pecka Castle. There wasn't any wait when we went, and the staff were quite pleasant. The setup is more like a canteen, with a counter, trays and cutlery, and the whole place is non-smoking. They only take cash. The sirloin was pretty good, though the broth was needlessly salty. There's just one high chair for the whole dining room. Prices felt on the high side given the fairly modest standard of hospitality around here.

We came as a group of 10, kids included, and everyone ate well. The room works as a self-service dining hall, with 12 ready-made meals and two soups to choose from. The Czech food was really tasty, and the staff were friendly. It's smoke-free too. We'd gladly come back.

The staff were great, really friendly. We followed someone's recommendation and were glad we did. The soup was excellent, and the main food was much better than average. I heard the wifi is old and only works in the rooms.
