The river view from our room was a highlight, and the deck made a lovely spot for evening aperitifs. Breakfast was great, and their dinner recommendations worked out perfectly. It was also easy to get around for sightseeing. From the warm welcome onward, we had a wonderful stay.

The room was in poor condition, as the photos show, and neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi worked. Reception was closed at 7 p.m. on Friday. When I called, they made me feel like I was too stupid to use the Wi-Fi, then hung up. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We were given a dirty room and then they tried to get us to leave that same day. Total scam. Don't book this hotel. I've added some pictures showing the room we were given.

We'd booked accommodation here, but when we arrived there was nobody around. After several calls, we learned the hotel was closed and were told to go somewhere else. The receptionist didn't apologize, just said there'd been an emergency. I went back after seeing the room, but reception was empty and closed again. It seemed like they'd just run off, because they knew...

We never got to stay. After our reservation was confirmed, we arrived and were told the room was broken, so they sent us away. They said they'd tried to reach us, but there were no missed calls or emails. A really bad situation and experience for us.
