The staff were so friendly, and the beds were comfortable. We also really liked the facilities, fantastic pool, views, and very good breakfast. It was extremely hot during our stay, though, and not having a fan or air conditioning in the room made things difficult. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, so let them know before you arrive if you need a more convenient room. Being eight months pregnant made getting around a bit harder, but it didn't spoil what was an amazing experience.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff were kind, and the atmosphere was peaceful and friendly. If you get the right room, the panorama is beautiful too. Getting there can be a drawback: it's on a small hill, so walking means climbing sloping streets, and there's no wheelchair access.

The staff were helpful, but the building is heavily used and needs investment and a thorough renovation to remain in business. I'm surprised this hotel is still operating. Anyone with walking problems should avoid it: there is no wheelchair access, and you enter the lobby by going down steps, two of which needed repair. How is this allowed? The hotel needs to be aware of current EU health and safety regulations.

The pool is really nice, and the staff are so sweet. The rooms are clean, but the hallways aren't. There's no elevator, so if lots of stairs are a problem for you, don't stay here.

It's a cozy place with a friendly atmosphere and a really helpful helpdesk. Breakfast is good too. You have to walk a little uphill, and it's a bit far from the tram station. If you have kids who can't walk on their own, this place isn't for you. Otherwise, it's great.
