The location is hard to beat: a 12-minute walk to the Pilsner Urquell brewery compound and two minutes from the brewery museum. I also had fun discovering Spa Beerland the First Beer Spa - Pilsen. It's exactly what it sounds like, and booking a treatment is worthwhile. The staff were friendly, flexible, and accommodating, which seems different from what older reviews describe. My room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for four stars is the leaf blowing that starts before 7 am and goes on for a couple of hours, even though there were still leaves everywhere. 🤷♂️

After a long journey, I needed coffee and found a machine with snacks in my single room. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen dishes were spotless, which matters a lot to me. The room itself was surprisingly clean, sparkling and fresh-smelling. The hotel's right in the city center, and for the price I'd absolutely recommend it.

My small room had everything I expected, and then some. This lovely little pension sits on a quiet street, just steps from the city center, with two parking lots in front. I'll be back.

The staff were inflexible and unfriendly. The rooms are small and simple, but basically fine. We had some technical problems and couldn't reach anyone, even by phone. There was only one door opener for the pension's outer door, despite there being three adults.

Reception is open for very few hours and offers no flexibility. The staff were slow, unresponsive, and unfriendly. If you arrive early, there's nowhere to leave your luggage while waiting for reception to open.
