The peaceful, beautiful location was a plus, but there were several letdowns. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, which is a big failure for a three star hotel in my view. Breakfast doesn’t work well for Italian guests: it was only continental and savory food, with nothing sweet or even yogurt. The lift also didn’t seem safe to me because it lacked internal double safety doors.

It was a short stay, but a wonderful one. The hotel keeps activities going throughout the day, and the staff were lovely, always smiling and kind. Thanks for the experience.

The building looks a little old-fashioned, but staying here was a really great experience. The staff were helpful, the services were great, including wellness, massages, and scooter rentals, and the kitchen was outstanding. Thank you all!

The hotel has been renovated, and the staff are very friendly. The surroundings are nice too. The treatment area, though, is small and dark.

A clean hotel near the Luhacovice spa. The restaurant was old and is in another hotel, Harmony 1. The food was ordinary, nothing special, but okay.
