Wellness Pension Rainbow

Please don’t go! It’s cold in winter, and the owner, an old lady, keeps coming into the rooms and switching off the heating. Breakfast is very poor and expensive.

We booked five rooms for New Year’s Eve, one of them an apartment with two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Parking was available on the property, and Wi-Fi was included. The owner baked fresh bread each morning, which was nice. The breakfast itself was very meager, with no fruit or vegetables. We found moth threads and eggs in the muesli. That can happen even with a newly bought packet, but when we pointed it out, they dismissed it as nuts. The muesli was left out for the rest of our stay. The heating didn’t work everywhere, and the conservatory breakfast room wasn’t heated either. We had five small children with us in December/January, so that wasn’t ideal. One of the third-floor rooms stayed cold the whole time. With two small children in that room, it was practically only usable for sleeping. There are two rooms on the third floor that share two bathrooms in the hallway. As a family, that was okay for us, but I wouldn’t have wanted to share with strangers since the bathrooms didn’t lock from the outside. Given the total cost, we’d have much rather rented a house and made our own breakfast.

We felt really comfortable in this quiet, cozy guesthouse. The hostess was warm and welcoming, the service was great, and the food was delicious with a good variety. Thank you so much! 😍

Dear Zuzana, You made us feel like part of your family from the moment we arrived. We loved the conversations, the comfortable and stylish furnishings, and the excellent breakfast. Our stay was too short, but we’ll be back! 😀 Marcelo and Silvane
