Akcent hotel

I was a bit unsure when I saw the corridors, but the room turned out perfect, clean and modern, with a nice bathroom too. It's spacious for the price, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff at reception and elsewhere were very kind. The location is great, with the metro right in front, trams a few minutes' walk away, and a large Lidl just steps from the hotel.

There's a Lidl in the same building, and Andel metro station is right across from the hotel, so the location is great. The rooms were impeccable, and the restaurant's breakfast was amazing. Check-in isn't until late afternoon, but we arrived early and the receptionist did everything he could to help, which I really appreciated. The staff were all friendly and nice. I'll definitely return on my next Prague visit.

The staff and management made this stay stand out. I was visiting for medical reasons and needed to change my stay dates and come back later. Management spoke with me in person, understood the situation, adjusted the booking without extra charges, and upgraded me to an executive room at no cost. I was genuinely surprised by how accommodating they were. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were kind and patient, explaining everything clearly. The location is brilliant for getting around the city, with the underground metro just a minute away and a Lidl next door. I have no complaints, only appreciation. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was pleasant, with plenty to choose from, enough tables, and no queues. We also slept really well: the room was spacious and cosy, the bathroom had been renovated, and it was completely quiet with comfortable beds. The location is handy, close to the centre and right by the metro and tram stops. Staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning, though, had been poor. We told reception, so we hope they improve it.
