The apartment was large enough for our whole family, 14 adults and children, and management responded when we raised problems by sending someone to look. Still, some of the issues were never fixed, and we wouldn’t stay again. The bathroom setup was awkward: one had a toilet but no sink, while another had a shower and toilet but a lock that didn’t work. A worker came to fit a cheap metal replacement, but it was badly attached and came off the wall the same day. There’s no elevator, so our large group had to take the stairs throughout the stay, which was tiring and inconvenient. We arrived about half an hour before check-in, while staff were still cleaning and getting the apartment ready. They were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, as though we were staying for free. After they left, we found dusty floors and hair all over the bathroom sinks, as if someone had just shaved there. There’s no daily housekeeping in an apartment, but the supplied consumables ran out before our roughly five-day stay was over. That should have been anticipated. The space and management’s responsiveness couldn’t make up for the unacceptable cleanliness, upkeep, and basic functionality.
